I am a notary public and loan signing agent. I work with real estate agents, lenders, law firms, title companies, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, hospice facilities, and the general public notarizing important documents.

Bring the document to be notarized, a valid government-issued photo ID, and any witnesses required by your document type. Do not sign the document beforehand unless instructed.
Yes. I offer mobile notary services and can meet at residences, offices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, hospice care facilities, and other locations.
Mississippi allows up to $5 per notarized signature for the notarial act. Mobile, travel, printing, and after-hours fees are quoted separately.
A loan signing agent is a notary specifically trained to handle real estate loan documents. I guide signers through the package, ensure signatures and initials are complete, and return the package promptly.
